A Day’s Trip to Ma Native...

Through this episode of blog, I want to share my joy of visiting to ma native. This post brings to you the temples of Madurai that we visited and my delight of being there.. Here it goes…..

It’s been nearly 15 years since I have been to my native. I was born in Madurai and till 3^rd STD I studied there but I could hardly remember anything. All I could bear in mind is a blur image of our house in Madurai and few of my friends name (though it may sound outlandish)… It was my long time wish to visit to my Native but circumstances did not give way for it till 26^th Jan 2010.

This trip was a well preplanned and it was a day’s spree to visit few temples there at Madurai. I was so excited about the trip. One main reason is becuz am visiting my native after sooo many years and second is that it is a whole family trip such that we would get some time to spend with relatives. Since childhood I have never got a chance to be with them for a whole day.

And alas the day came... I along with 12 of my relations boarded the train on 25^th night and I landed in my native on 26^th Morning... Hurry!!!! We lodged into an inn to get ready to visit the first temple of the day. Kudalagar Temple was the first one we visited. The temple was devoted to Lord Vishnu. I was amazed by the architecture of the temple which is as old as Madurai itself.

Next one we visited was our Pecchiamman Temple. It was the first time that I watched for the full Abhishekam of the Idol. I should admit that I was completely taken away by the holiness of the spirit.

Later that afternoon after our lunch we started to two other temples. First – Pazhamuthirsolai – One of the houses of Lord Muruga. Second - Alagar temple - only on reaching there I learnt about the temple that it is dedicated to a form of Vishnu as the brother of Meenakshi , and the temple participates in the annual marriage rites of Meenakshi at Madurai. It was my cousin, Venkatesh, who was explaining me about all this and I was wondering why I haven’t even heard of these stories in my past. Anyways, I was overwhelmed by the information gathered and also learnt a philosophy that One who really Seeks for the anything with full interest/curiosity is sure to get the benefit of it.

One of the famous temple of south India is Meenkshi Amman Temple at Madurai which we visited the last. The temple was simply awesome with full of sacredness. I must really say that Madurai owes its attraction to this temple.. We were running short of time as our return tickets were booked for the same day’s nite journey… Though this dint in anyway stop us from visiting the places we planned for but I wished if the day could extend for another 24 hrs or so…If time had been there we would have got some more time to spend at each site and had lot more fun too…

Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the trip and can even say this as one of the memorable trips of my life… My joy of visiting my native is unbounded. It was full of pleasure spending a whole day with my cousins Anu, Visalam & Venkatesh along with my uncles’ and aunts’… As the saying goes “All that beings well ends well”, the trip ended fantastically. The next day morning we landed in Chennai and with hard heart I bided good bye to my relations to carryout the routine life…

Why Life is Beautiful???

You would have heard lots of philosophy on life and hence am not here to spell them out about how to make life beautiful but to tell one main thing Life always turns out to be on how we look at it and how we handle it.

....Yes... Life is very Beautiful.....There are plenty of reasons why life is beautiful to each one of us... To me the following reasons hold the answers why life is special to me...

MOM: The very first reason why ma life is beautiful is my MOMMYY.... Life is very very special/beautiful/extraordinary/wonderful and everything to me cuz of her..... There is a load to write about her. This blog is simply not enough for me to tell about her… Though I fight with her like anything for silly reasons (mostly cuz I don’t want listen to her words of cleaning my room…Lolz) but at the end of the day it’s her love on me that gives warmth to me...I always wonder at her for managing things at home.. very patient, very brave, very stubborn, very kind, very intelligent and very careful.. No words to describe her affection, love and kindness... She really means the world to me... I would proudly say "She's is the best MOM in the world"...

I can pronounce each one at my home for making my life beautiful but tat doesn’t make much difference... Be it my Dad or my Brother or my Sister; in every way they take play an equal role in making my life very very special…

FRIENDS: Yea... FRIENDS in every means make my life wonderful... I am not an outgoing gal who would have loads of friends but I have few friends who are incomparable and Right from my schooling, college, n now in office I have got great friends with whom I can share every bits of my life. Very special friends at school are Preethi, Babiya, and Priya etc etc… At college my best buddies are Sadhana, Mahitha, Dinesh, and two of School friends I mentioned above… We share whole lot of things, fun, joy, sorrows, and we often fight & misunderstanding does occurs but its all between friends u know… Even Though friends don’t tell sorry or thanks between them, I always owe my thanks to them for making my life so enjoyable… Without them my life would have definitely been gloomy… And certainly I should also mention my equals at office who undeniably have a role in my day-today’s life...

MUSIC: The third thing which is making my life interesting is MUSIC… This has been my recent fascination... I have not been so much involved in listening to Music… N Music here I mean only filmy songs… Of late I have got grabbing interesting in filmy songs that its essence is giving some sense to my life… Am now up-to-date with Tamil filmy songs from recent releases to yet to be released Paiyaa n Angadi Theru songs…Lolz...

Mom, Friends & Music – Three foremost means why I stay alive or why my life is beautiful … I do have other reasons to mention but that would still be ridiculous to write or for you to read... I would always say it’s the attitude towards life that would help in making ourselves to see the right way of looking at things happening around us... Unpleasant situation does occur in everyone’s life and it’s of no use brooding over it making the present even worse... It’s a very prerequisite to have a positive stance towards living… It’s my philosophy to take life as it comes with full of enthusiasm and to enjoy doing things with confidence and hence MY LIFE IS ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL... I always hope that best things are yet to happen and keep anticipating for 'The Best' to occur every moment of ma life....
